DryFluid CA Booster 10g / 25ml

CA-Booster is a high-end power amplifier powder specially designed for superglue. It allows mixing into a high-performance adhesive with a consistency known from 2-component resins, for example. The combination of superglue with power powder results in a significantly expanded range of applications with a simultaneous increase in performance.
The ingredients are finely tuned high-performance polymers with glass fibre bridges that provide the extreme stability. CA-Booster is therefore a glass fiber-reinforced system plastic in powder form, which develops an enormous adhesive strength in combination with CA products. The viscosity of the superglue determines the processing time as well as the curing time.
Bonding with CA-Booster impresses with extreme adhesion, impact strength and tensile strength. It ensures highly stable connections even in the case of gaps, adhesive seams and material defects.

The system advantages of the CA Booster

Compared to the 2-component adhesives offered on the market, which have to be mixed very precisely, the CA Booster does not have to maintain an exact mixing ratio. This makes it much easier to use and leaves a lot of leeway in determining processing time and consistency. CA-Booster adhesives exhibit extreme adhesion, impact strength and tensile strength.
Compared to the superglue, which is very suitable for small surface bonding, the CA-Booster powder proves its qualities especially with gaps, adhesive seams and material defects.

Easy to use:

Just put a little superglue in a mixing container and mix with the powder in about equal parts. After just a few minutes, a gelling process begins. Now apply the adhesive gel quickly to the clean and grease-free bonding area. The viscosity of the superglue determines the processing time. In the case of low-viscosity superglues, the processing time is approx. 5 minutes. When using medium and high viscosity superglues, these times are extended individually. To speed up curing, a commercially available activator spray can be used. Can be machined after approx. 3-4 hours, the final strength is reached after 24 hours.
