The new 2003 Chevy K5 Blazer body from JConcepts is the ideal opportunity to combine an iconic piece of internet culture with a popular chassis conversion kit. The Beams front axle kit developed for the Axial SCX10 III brings the legendary twin I beam independent suspension to the crawler and clearly called for a matching radical body. The JConcepts development team drew inspiration from heavily modified real life Blazers and created this pre runner concept for all fans of aggressive desert trucks.
The real Chevrolet Silverado received a major redesign in 2003. JConcepts captured this distinctive styling with its expressive front end and influences from the groundbreaking Chevy Avalanche in 1:10 scale. For a uncompromising pre runner style the wheel arches have been significantly enlarged to provide maximum clearance for performance desert tires during extreme articulation. Wide flared fenders create an extremely broad stance while the closed rear flows seamlessly into the body lines. The aggressive cat eye headlights give the K5 Blazer a dark and unmistakable appearance.

Before painting, the body should be thoroughly cleaned with lukewarm soapy water to remove any mold release residue from production. Apply the window masks from the inside and paint the body in several thin layers from the inside. After full drying and cutting out the wheel arches, remove the outer protective film and apply the detailed decal sheet.
