This is a special version of the YZ-870C Super Dogfighter, released to commemorate the release of Yokomo’s Vintage Series.
Equipped with a sharp-cut Protec 4 body manufactured by Associated, the American silhouette of the late 870C Super Dogfighter evokes the heyday of classic off-road cars. Of course, it also comes with an under-cowl for excellent dust protection even when driving on dirt roads.
This model also uses high-rigidity black carbon for the main chassis, front and rear shock towers, servo stays, etc., improving the machine’s rigidity and driving performance. This is a machine that you will want to enjoy driving.

<Chassis Spec>
■ Equipped with a Protec 4 body and under-cowl manufactured by Associated in the United States
■ Carbon fiber main chassis, front and rear shock towers, and servo mount plate
■ The suspension arms are the same size as the original YZ-870C, and the front and rear common knuckles are reproduced exactly as they were made of aluminum.
■ The aluminum bulkhead is a faithful reproduction of the model from that time. The bulkhead caps and rod ends are also a milky white reproduction of the original.
■ Front and rear gear differentials and slipper clutches are standard equipment to accommodate current power sources.
■ The shocks, which reproduce the original anodized color, have an adjustable nut system that allows for a wide range of settings.
■ The tire pattern, wheel color, and size are all reproduced to the same dimensions as those from that time.
